The Conflicts Resolution Center of the Universidad de Medellín was authorized to operate by the Ministry of the Interior and Justice pursuant to Resolution 007 of January 09, 2003, in the exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 91 and 113 of Law 446 of 1998, and by Article 01 of Resolution 800 of 2000.
The Conflicts Resolution Center obtained Identification Only Code No. 15-05001-1-1-143, pursuant to Resolution 745 of September 25, 2001. This code will be held by those who register as conciliators of the Center upon compliance with the requirements, as determined by the regulation.
What is the Conflicts Resolution Center?
The Conflicts Resolution Center is the place where people (natural and legal persons) attend to solve their differences through the intervention of an impartial third party, who will show them different alternatives to solve their discrepancies and arrive at a solution by mutual agreement. The Center has a human team oriented to know the needs of the clients to provide the best service.
